Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I don't know what's going on!!!! ive been eating healthier, no more snacking and more thank 5 a day fruit and veg, i walk for about 1.5 hrs a day and yet ive managed to gain 20 lbs in a couple of months ?!?! im doing fitness dvds and a lot more exercise. Please can someone help me cos right now im about to give up, i was skinnier when i was unhealthier if that makes sense! x
