Ht. 5'8", Start: 193 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I'm not empirically large, but I am the least fit person in my ROTC company. I can barely run more than thirty paces at a time. I can do probably five pushups. I even had to fall out of formation during the march...how do I improve? I've been going to PT, but it doesn't seem to have done much yet. Any help would be appreciated - my kik is marcoismarco
