Im 4' 9" and im almost 140 lbs. I'm so fat! I tried to exercise, but i just end up ignoring it. I want to lose at least forty lbs by February. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I weigh 120lbs and my cousin is always makin fun of me. like when i was younger and he saw me he would always go Flabby Flabby Flabby! now that i m older every time he sees me he asks how much i weigh when i. usually i say i don't know cuz i know hell say GEEEEZ!!! please help me ok so i weigh 245lbs and that wayyyy over weight and im excersizing and everythin but still i cannot lose weight no matter what i do i do sit ups and weight lifting and walking but i cant do that much cause i recently broke my foot but i have to be able to hike alot in yosemite and liek i need to lose weight and get in better shape... so please try and help me w/ this and like just tell me some excersizes or anything to help me lose wieght like diets really i open to anything

ok..i plan to start fruit and veggie tommroow for sure no excuses this time i am 5ft 160 i want to be 115 lbs but i hope i can stick to this diet so i can get down to 115 lbs. i will exersise an hour a day not including p.e. i will make sure i can stick to it i will be very very strict!

Hey you guys I just found out that if you don't eat breakfast thats bad. I learned that breakfast is what boosts you metabalism and thats what helps you loose weight. So eat a HEALTHY breakfast.

Okay everyone always says I'm tall for my age and I geuss I am but I'm 5' 7" & weight 150 pounds! All the weight goes to my stomach & I want to get rid of it. I can't play soccer very well any more because all the weight presing against my knees. All my friends are tiny, I need sum help!!
