Message Replying To From Izzy, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Oh and input plz: breakfast-lowfat muffin and yogurt, lunch-meatball sandwhich and yogurt, snack-small bowl of strawberries and bannas. I don't know whatI'm having for dinner but I usually eat two veggies a night and a lowfat dessert. |
