Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - i was so determined to work out at least an hour or more today, but i started out and did 30 extremely sweaty minutes on the cross-trainer workign my legs and arms, then i did 100 crunches, 50 bicycle crunches, 1 minute in the plank position, 2 minute doing a wall squat, stretching, and then i got back on the cross trainer set it for 20 more mnutes but when my minidisc player started freaking out i just bolted out of there. i swear it's freaking haunted and i was there all alone. i know i'm being seriously paranoid but electronic things do some funny crap in there-such as the fan just decides what speed it's going at and... i do n't know but it's `creepy as hell. i still push myself through my fear to wrok out there, though- because even though the big gym is freaking amazing it's also filled with freaking amazing looking people that make me feel really selfconscious. argh. the dilema of it all. i shoudl clean my room before my roomie gets back for cali today...that might burn a few extra calories...
