Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - Today i had banana and some oatmeal for Breakfast. A veggie delite thing from subway (basically all veggies with mustard on wheat) and some baked chips. Ive had about 2 litters of water today. For dinner im going to have some skinless chicken. I did 45 min. on the elip. and 250 crucnes. INPUT PLEASE :D
