Ht. 5'3", Wt. 125 - TO LIZZY ♥ Hey you asked how i lost my weight. Basically I stopped drinking the empty calories. I only drank water, which is hard for some people, but soda was my big thing. Also I had my family not buy all that junk that i was craving. If its not there to tempt you its a lot easier to stay away. I hate the diets tthat say no carbs allowed, or no meat, no this no that. Eat foods that you like, but remember dont drink the calories, it will get you everytime... lol with much ♥ Lizzie
