Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - today ive eaten a bowel of frosted mini wheats for breakfast, for lunch i had a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on toasted wheat bread, tea, and a really really small bag of hot cheetoes. im going to drink water the rest of the day and for dinner i think im going to have a sandwich, or salad. input would be so GREAT thanks guys :D |
