Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - LISTEN- EVERYONE NEEDS TO EAT 1200 CALORIES MINIMUM! in those 1200+++++ calories, you need to get 25grams of fibe(which will clear out your system, keep your heart healthy- and promote weight loss by blocking some of the calories you do eat) and 60+ grams of protien (this is important to keep muscle you already have, build some from the exersize you do. muscles are extrememly improtant in weightloss- they make it so you burn more calories during exersize and evn when you're just laying around just being alive- you need to keep/build as much as healthily possible to bump up your metabolism- you will lose more weight with a high metabolism+ maintaining your weightloss will be a hell of a lot easier). the reason why you do not want to go under 1200 calories is becauser you need those nurtients (and also other nutrients like calcium and vitamins), and you will not be getting what you need by eating only 500 calories(half of whcih is probably junk anyways). it is simply impossible to get what your body needs from less than 1200 calories(okay- maybe you could get it from 1000 if you ate tofu and beancurd all day- but who is willing to do that?!) please- this site is for HEALTHY weight loss. do not lie and say you are trying to be healthy and then eat only 800 calories of crappy foods a day because now you know the die-hard truth...
