Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Hey guys! PLEAAASE INPUT THANK YOU SO MUCH :D! Today for breakfast i had oatmeal, with some ice water. for a snack im going to have a very small apple. then i am going to go workout, and im going to push for an hour and a half today (im a lucky 1 cause i actually look forward to working out..i like enjoy it lol) and then do my 400-500 crunches. have another bottle of water. Come home and eat a sandwich (chicken or lean turkey on wheat bread with mustard and lettuce) for a snack i think ill have applesauce? with water. Then im going over to my friends (who is actually more overweight than me, i influenced her to lose weight :D, so were gonna go walking for about an hour) with some moree water. im not sure what im having for dinner yet. PLEASE INPUT, and ANY IDEAS FOR DINNER?
