Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Breaky-Oatmeal, water. Lunch-Sandwich, apple, 40cal yogurt, water. Snack-Fruit. Dinner-Peanutbutter on crackers, Tuna Sandwich, water. Workout-70min eliptical, 20min stairmaster, 400 crunches. Maybe bike? I finally got my iPod so this will be alot easier lol..INPUT PLEASE. thank you thank you thank you *muah
