Ht. 5'4", Wt. S-150 Now-148 G-130 - Yay i have lost 2 lbs!! Idk how long it took me though. But heres my day- Breakfast-Hot Pocket Crossaint Ham and Cheddar,water Lunch-2 Graham crackers and half of a REAL FRUIT JUICE slushy snack-hocolate icecream w. choco sauce and whipped cream (yeah i know horrible!!) dinner-lean pockets pepperonie pizza (really low in cal. and really filling) and water. Thats all for food I prob should have had an apple for a snack instead of chocolate icecream EXERCIZE-30 minutes on trampoline,350 crunches,350 jumping jacks, 100 pushups,and 200 squats I also might see on channel 114 fittv if they have some excercize shows on because those help alot! I worked my butt off today!! well hopefully. Also heres a tip for everyone i did all of my excercize except jumping on the trampoline all while watching tv just do it at the commercials because its better than sitting down on the couch and you fell better you can prob do all of that in about a 1 hour show
