Message Replying To From Izzy, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 176.4 - OKay today : breakfast-lowfat muffun and yogurt/ lunch- tuna kit and pudding/snack a bana with peanut butter/ dinner- a very very small bowl of pasta marinar, a serving of fish, and a salad. plus earlier i had like 1 piece of raisin bread and 100 cal goldfish. input?? |
