Ht. 5'6", Wt. 193.4 - 3.2lbs down in 4 days- and not deprived at all- it's all a balanced diet and exersize. April 4th: 196.6- ate 1669 calories, 86g protien, and 35g fiber. i worked 500 calories off at the gym. plenty of water. April 5th: (195.2lbs) i ate 2000 calories, 69g protien, 23g fiber. i worked 400 calories off at the gym.plenty of water. April 6th: 1500 calories, 53g protien, 23g fiber, i worked 500 calroeis off at the gym. plenty of water. April 7th: (194.6) ate 1569 calories, 59g protien, 28g fiber. plenty of water- did not work out. today i was 193.4lbs. every day i ate sweets that i really wanted, but i also alanced out my diet. i am really happy with my results so far because i feel so somfortable with eating what i reallty want as well as what my body needs. plus i'm on my period so i am probably retaining a bunch of water wich means i probably weigh less than the scale says. this shows people that you do not have to starve yourselves- or even eat only 1200 calories of purely good foods. you can live normal happy lives! i still love food- i always will- i do not have to give up what i love- i just have to balance it. next week i will even be taking it a step forward by getting my fat intake under better control- after that i will work on my sodium- all while eating at least a couple of servings of some sort of sweets a day. mmmm. this is the way i want to live, happy and losing. good luck everyone!
