Message Replying To From Sage, Age 14 Ht. 5*9, Wt. *** - Anne,i've got a guestion, you said you need to get at least 60g of protein each day for your muscles, and since i've been doing a lot of strength training, i need to do that. especially because it goes with the curves guidlines. any help? like what foods? & how i can get all that protein within my day? you sound like you really know what your doing lol. great job by the way =] i feel like i can relate to you & it really seems that you are losing weight, and have a good plan. thanks! -Sage |
