Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265/260 G:170 - I've made up my plan for next week since it's SPRING BREAK lol!. Breakfast- Light Yoplait Yogurt, 1 granola bar an apple with a glass of pure orange juice. Lunch- Grilled Cheese on wheat with an apple and water. Dinner- Tyson lean chicken breast, a can of string beans and 1 cup of rice w/ a little gravy with water. Dessert on some days will be a sugar free popsicle or 10 cal jello (none of that yet, we have to go back to the store). My exercises will be 45 minutes of biking on my stationary and like 2 hours after that i'm going to play DDR for 45 minutes, Mon. Wed. & Fri. On Tuesdays and Thurs. I am going to use my Denise Austin workout tape which is 20 minutes and i'm going to play DDR for 45 minutes. Saturdays & Sundays i'm going to eat the same i'm just gonna take it easy on the exercise, on those days i'm going to walk for an hour or more for exercise. HOW DOES THIS SOUND. I think thats enough food for one day. I want to lose a good amount of weight by the end of this month, hope this works, wish me luck!
