Ht. 5'7, Wt. 208 - Ya'll im messed badly yesterday and today. Yesterday I ate pizzahut personal pan and kfc snaker thing than today I ate like 8 chicken wings not the wingettes the whole wing. I guess I'll try harder this whole week. Have ya'll ever weighed ya'll self in then ya'll eat something thats high in calories like say a burger and then the scale shows that u gained like 8 pounds how could that be off of one burgerand that fast. cause I weighed 200lbs on fri and then after I ate all that on sat, I weighed myself on sun. morning( i weigh myself in the morning) I weigh 208lbs, I don't understand. Could someone please help me cause im really confused?
