Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - Okay so I did really great today. I'm on Jenny Craig and wow, the results are amazing. So far I've learned that you MUST eat at least 1500 calories today if you're under a certain age. TOday I followed the menu. I ate a blueberry muffin and no fat mile with a banana for breakfast. I then ate a anytime bar with not fat yogurt for a snak. Then i had spinach and ceese tortillini for lunch, for a snak after that i had popcorn. For dinner I had spinach and cheese ravioli, and for my last snack I had a cup of strawberries and a 6oz container of yougurt. So guys this IS the secret. You HAVE to eat at least every 3 hours to keep up your metabolism. I promise it really works. I've already lost around 25 pounds and I have only around 25 more to go, so I'm half way there. Just remember to spread out your 1500 calories , eat low fat foods, and eat every 2 to 3 hours.
