Message Replying To From Lauren, Age 16 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 177.5 - argh well ive put on like 4/5lbs since march bt mainly cuz im on my period n cuz ive been gettin drunk for like 2 weekends in a row with my friends. so for the 2 weeks im off skewl - easter hols, im gona cuz out fizzy drinks, just drink water n orange, erm eat really healthy, cut out chocolate n crisps, not snack in between meals and this is ma exrecise routine - burn 500cals on ski machine, 100 sit ups and do weights for 5 min, ive started it already ive already done my exercising for today! so yea i hope to lose like 5lbs in the 2 weeks that im off and be around 165lbs by the end of may, is this achievable?!? thanx! |
