Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breaky-small serving of Oatmeal and 1 peice of wheat toast. water. Workout-60 min eliptical (burned 700) 10 min stairmaster(burned 100) and about 600 crunches.water. Lunch-Lean turkey on wheat bread with mustard and lettuce. with grapes, and strawberrys. water. Later for din. im going to have a Chicken veggie burger and 1/2 can of veggies with some more water.
