Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - Ok well this summer i am going to keep working out only i will have more time to devote to becoming fit. I was thinking jogging 2-3 times a week and going to the gym 3-4 times a week , along with bein on the weight watchers CORe plan. How much weight do yall think i will lose doing this ? My summer vacation starts on May 25th and Ends on August 14 so about two and half months.SO how much weight should i lose within this period of time ?? JW post back if u think u know... Nothing tastes as good as thin feels
