Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Whoa ive been doing SO BAD. Ill to soo good until like 5. I excersize like 2 hours a day, and i feel great, then i eat a whole lot (good stuff like fruit, and granola bars) but WAY MORE than i should. Im determined to not let that happen again!! FOr breaky-bowl of special K red berries. For lunch ill either have another bowl, or ill have a sandwich. then for din.-veggie chicken burger and 1/2 can of veggies. for snacks im DETERMINED to stick to strictly all fruit, no more than 2 snacks. All water, does anyone have any tips as how to stop eating so much later on in the day? thanks, much!!!! |
