Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 16 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - Yay, I did great today so far. I woke up and had breakfast *oatmeal and half a grapefruit with 1 cup of no fat milk* then i went to the gym for an hour and a half and burnt off around 700 calories on the eliptical and treadmill at an incline of 15 inches..then i had my midmorning snack * a prtien bar with a cup of mixed fruit* and now im getting ready to eat lunch around 230 which will be a cheese and broccoli potato..good luck everyone else on your day today! just keep up the good work |
