Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - so breakfast was: a bowl of highfiber lowfat cereal with a banana, then i went to take a 40 min walk with my dad. i just came back and now i'm having a weight watchers frozen meal for lunch shrimp marina it had just 1.5 grams of fat, 180 cal and shrimp for protein, also some mushrooms i think. i haven't had any snacks today casue i ate brekfast kinda late. softball game from 3pm-4:30 later.
