Ht. 5'8", Wt. T-190 N-161 G-140 - Ok I gotta couple things to say from a person who has experienced what it is like to be overweight. It always gonna be hard no matter how overweight you are. And to those who keep complaining about the people who's goal is to be "stick thin and beautiful" and want nuthin to do with health have it all wrong. I myself am in my healthy weight range accoring to this site but the weight calculator on this site has MANY OTHER FACTORS that could affect your healthy weight range. For example-frame size, muscle tone, etc. I am in the high end of my "weight range" and I wanna go lower, so what?! I am not trying to be underweight and nor is my goal anywhere near the underweight status for my height. I would still like to keep going with my weight loss and I never wanna look like a model. I still eat and exercise all that I can. Please don't criticize those of us who fall into this category, we are all here for the same reason so lets support each other and not tear each other down! *muahz*
