Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 16 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - So far so good..Im kinda feelin a little blah right now so im gonna wait to go the gym later 2night i ate a bowl of cereal with a cup of nonfat milk and a banana, then i had a protein/energy bar with a cup of peaches and for lunch i had a personal pizza with whole wheat crust, no fat cheese, and tomatoes. good luck on you day everyone else |
