Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - Today I made some diet french toast for breakfast (1 slice of bread, 1/2 an egg, cinnamon, & a little splenda/ 110 calories) Then for lunch I had some soup w/ a bunch of veggies in it (350 calories) and for a snack I had a little fruit with a little whipped cream (60 calories). For dinner, my mom is baking some chicken and making mashed potatoes & gravy, and I am also gonna make some broccoli for myself (I don't know exactly how many calories it is, but I figured around 350 calories). I also went for a walk, which was about 25 minutes, then I did some streching, 20 push ups, 20 leg lifts, and 40 side bends(20 on each side) and that took about 10 minutes, so it totals about 35 minutes. Also I have something I am going to tonight, and there's always some ice cream there, so I might have a scoop of vanilla. How did I do today?????????
