Message Replying To From *Celeste*, Age 13 Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:150 - I'm doing ok today...heres how i did. I know my lunch is kinda screwed up, but its because today is my let yourself go a little day. Breakfast: Small bowl of organic rice checks and soy milk. Lunch:Tuna on wheat bread and a bosco stick *its a breadstick with mozz cheese inside*. Snack: Non-fat plain yogurt and granola and a pumpkin bar *organic and has flaxseed oil in it*. Dinner: A couple of bites of chicken salad, and a tiny bit of potato salad. Howd i do? Remember i don't normally eat like this, and i had lots of water today. Thanks! |
