~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - so jim, if i am correct you went from roughly 277 lb to 324 lbs? okay well, since then it looks like you have lost a bit of weight. thanks, but actually I do not consdier myself on a "diet". i am slowly, changing my life. 6 weeks ago I was 184lb, and it wasn't easy, but i am still loosing and i eat a little treat every night. okay so, you are addicted to mcdonadld's? i heard some teens are now sueing mikey d's for making them overweight. alright, first, you don't have to cut out fast food from your diet entirely. you can have it once or twice a week. but only small thhings. start with a kid's meal, for one thing. don't order supersize drinks or fries. it helped me to picture all that grease clogging my arteries, and now when i do go out to eat i usually have a small chicken thing or fires or a salad. start every day with a real breakfast. try this meal plan: breakfast: 1 cup of barabara's bakery puffins cereal, i like cinnomon, or kashi heart to heart, a light yougurt, and a banana. snack: a pudding or 100 cal pac from nabisco. lunch:ham and cheese sandwhich with a small apple.snack:peanut butter on 2 gramn crackers. dinner: if you absoultly must have meat veggie burgers are quite tasty, or you can buy healthy choice or weight watchers frozen meals, salmon, or another type of seafood like shrimp and pasta. add one veggie to start, like a cucumber. if you want dessert, i like to have weight watchers ice cream or no pudge brownies. they are some great MD breakfast alternatives, lowfat pancake mixes or frozen pancakes, boca frozen sausages, and sugar free syrup. i will try to help you, i can be ur buddy cause i post here every day. i hope i helped. good luck jim! :)
