Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - I kinad messed up today..i had about a tablespoon of bean dip and another table spoon of eggsalad...but oh well..its progress not perfection right? lol okay so anyways..i woke up and ate a bowl of the whole grain cereal with a cup of nofat milk and an orange..then for a snack i had a protein bar with a cup of peaches..then for lunch i had *a table spoon of eggsalad* and a nofat personal pizza..for the other snack i had a yogurt for supper i had potatoe stew and for my last snack im planning on eating another yogurt..so far ive followed the jenny craig plan and yay i lost another pound today i burnt the most calories today than i have in a while *780*on the treadmill and im soo proud of myself because i climed 1899 feet on it! well i wish the rest of yall the best of luck!
