Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - okay so breakfast was a lowfat high fiber muffin and light yogurt, i was out all day so i stopped by this place for a light lunch, which was salmon and a small side salad w/ fat free italian dressin. then i got a fat free frozen yogurt for calcium. i just got my new workout dvd yah! but i'm kinda tired cause of my . so 'm gonna do 20 min of pilates today. good luck guys! :0)
