If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breakfast-Bowl of Special k, small peice of cantalope. SNACK-Apple with peanut butter. Lunch-Veggie Burger on wheat bun with light yogurt. SNACK2-small applesauce. Dinner-1 Grilled Cheese (2 slices of 2% kraft, 2 wheat bread.) 1/2 can of veggis. excersize for today is dancing, and if my dad gets back then ill go to the gym. input please :) |
