Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - So starting today..heres my plan: Monday-60 min. workout at the gym. Tuesday-Dancing/crunches/situps. Wednesday-60 min workout at the gym. Thursday-Dancing/crunches/situps. Friday-60 min workout at the gym. Saturday-60 min workout at the gym. Sunday-nothing. Let me explain it now..Tuesday and Thursday my dad works until 6, so he cant take me..and the gym is pretty far. Sunday i have church, so its hard to go in between. For meals: 2 eggwhites on wheat bread, Oatmeal, Special K, or fruit bowl for breakfast. For lunch: Veggie burger, sandwich, Salad with veggies. Dinner- Grilled cheese (2 slices of wheat bread, 2% cheese), Veggie burger, Salad, Sandwich.. Snacks:Fruit and veggies. And all water. I have great willpower. i think i can do this, im going to push for 30 lbs gone by august. Something really important is coming up that month, and i need to do this! Please tell me if you see something i should add or take out in my diet. THANK YOU SOO MUCH! XOXO |
