Ht. 5'5, Wt. 151 - I started a diet about three weeks ago and ive already got down i started out being 163 and my goal weight is 130 ive been walking and doing the billy blanks tapes they seem to have an effect....Ive also been drinking 4 glasses of water a day. the reason i started a diet is becaause im sick of being fat and bigger that all my friends.
