Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - So far today i think i did good..Breaky-5 strawberrys, 20 grapes. Lunch-lean meat on wheat bread, 1 serving of pretzels. Lotss of water. Workout-30 min eliptical. 400 crunches. 30 min of dancing. (later on) Snacks: Light yogurt. Small Apple with peanut butter. Dinner-Grilled cheese (wheat bread and 2% cheese with veggies) What do you think? |
