Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 147 - I reallly messed up pretty bad the last 3 days but im doing good to make it up. I ate low fat low cal frech toast with lite syrup and a half a cup of fresh berries and a cup of no fat milk. For lunch i hadan energy bar with half a gallon of water and for lunch I had a cheese and broccoli potato. I worked off 750 cals at the gym and im hoping my next weigh in WONT be a dissapointment...
