Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Well HEY EVERYONE...I'm happy to report I've lost 22-25 pounds, it fluctuates and it pisses me off but hey, thats how it happens. So with that being said I would like to lose 20-25 more pounds by the end of June. And atleast 40-50 over the summer, most likely 40 if I push myself. Every morning I have cereal and fruit, lunch I have some type of sandwhich and for dinner either I have a baked skinless chicken breast with two sides of veggies and water, If I choose not to have that I will have whatever everyone else has for dinner but in an extremely small portion. And also I will try to squeeze in two snacks into the day, also 8 glasses of water or 4 bottles. I want this so bad now I can taste it, with this small success I want my victory...replys anyone? its appreciated :)...good luck to everyone else with their goals!
