Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I had kinda a rough day. I am taking the state testing and its now a graduation requirement, so people are forcing me to eat large breakfasts. I don't particularly like eating loads in the morning because it makes me feel sluggish (I eat, but not a lot), and I like to balance my calories throughout the day. And while I was doing my workout I ran for 5 minutes straight so that was pretty good, but 3 of my friends were freaking out over the same assignment so i kept getting interupted in the middle of my treadmilling. I still burned off 250 calories and 30 carbs, plus all of my squats and stuff, but I could have done better I guess. I hope ya'll had a good day both diet wise and everything else. =D
