Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breaky-bowl of special k, small peice of cantalope. Snack1-small apple with peanut butter. Lunch-fat free hotdog on wheat bun, carrot sticks&pretzels. Snack2-light yogurt. Dinner-veggie burger, small salad with lemon juice. alllll water. total calories about [1100-1200] :D INPUUUUUUUUUUUT PLEAAAAAAAAASE. Also for excersize im going to dance my butt of for an hour-2 hours and do 300 crunches. and burpees.
