Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Ok so my plan kinda shifted today..i went with my mom cause i dont live with her. we had mcdonalds. but i had a chicken wrap and side salad [200 cals]. the rest of my day was good..break; special k, cantalope. snack;apple w/peanut butter. lunch;fat free hotdog on wheat w/3 strawberrys and carrot sticks. i had 3 water bottles. i ate the wrap and salad like 3 hours after lunch..so im gonna let this be my dinner and just have a small snack before i go to church. right now im gonna dance for an hour and do crunches. good or not?
