Message Replying To From Izzy, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay well, i think i was a bit unbalanced today, but here's my food so far: breakfast-fiber lowfat peanut butter cereal, yogurt/ morning snack: 100 cal pringles (6 g of fat)/ lunch:lunch meat sandwhich and a mini weight watchers cake (80 cal 3 g of fat) /after school:pudding i went to softball practice for 45 min. i realized i did not have many fruits and veggies so i'm gonna try to male that up for dinner, but anywho that's it so far. |
