Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay sorry i keep getting my replies messed up. but i also wanted to say what helps me keep in track is a mental chart, i aim for 3 calciums a day, usua;;y milk, a pudding, andd yogurt, sometimes cheese instead of milk. i also like 2-3 fruits and 2-3 veggies if i can, cause i'm italian i eat plenty of carbs and other stuff.
