Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Here's how my day went: oatmeal for breakfast and some juice. Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, jello cup, and 4 breadsticks out of those cheese and breadstick things..(I didn't use any cheese with them, and plus there were 8 in all, but I decided to just eat half..) Dinner: Lean Gourmet meal; it was a five cheese lasagna one & banana Snack: banana Exercise: 2 mile walk w/ Mom Anyways, that's all for today; I think it was a pretty good day for me; it's been a lot better than yesterday.
