~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 191 - erg. i'm back. yeah- didn't take long. no matter how fed up i get with people i keep finding myself coming bacl to this site. maybe because i don't want people to hurt themselves.. i don't know. i have a long way to go myself. like 40-60 pounds more depending on how much muscle i build. (150 would be great as well- but just at the top of my healthy weight range) i would love to be a very healthy 140- but i was 145 at one point and still very large- so i might have to become a musclely 130 to finally reach my goal of being in a size 9 pants. god. i haven't been a size 9 since 7th grade- and then i was still big compared to people.lol. and i mean a size 9 that fits well- not like those poepl who say they're that size but then bulge over. i don't do that with pants, which is probably why i where comfy size 16-18. so far i have gone down a body fat percentage and am at 35%. i want to lose another percentage and be lower than 189 by the end of the month. anyone have good tips on fat loss? i do cardio and weight training+ ashtanga yoga. i also have a balanced diet alhough i no longer count calories- i just keeo a vague idea of ow many i've eaten. i don't want to "diet", i want to live healthy but still eat a little less to lose. any ideas?
