Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - Ok I want to kno how i did i dont think i did too well considering i havent excercised yet today so i dont no if i will excercie....i had b-fast- like 2 lil pieces of apple in cinnamin, 2 celery sticks, grape juice, a piece of pound cake with frosting and flat bread(it was to symbolize the last supper) lunch fruit cup, and PBJ and a flavored water snack- 2 brownies cheese pastry and a ball of cookie dough....how do you guys feel that i did
