If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lauren, Age 17 Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Breakfast: oatmeal, juice Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, jello cup, 2 crackers with cheese. It was a 4 pack, but I went for 2. Dinner: roast beef and chedder sandwich & 5 piece nugget. That was pretty lousy, but that was what Mom had brought home, so I really had no choice with that. I don't think I'm going to eat anymore this evening; it depends on if I'm feeling famished after my walk...hehe. Another bad one, no water yet today, but besides the juice, I've had diet pop. |
