~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Last night I wrote down my weight loss goals. I'd like to lose 15 lbs by mid-May, and then I'd like to lose the rest of it, 10 more pounds by July. I marked those important milestones on a calendar. I think all of that sounds pretty reasonable; my only problem is my diet. With the exercise, I think the walking 2 miles per day is pretty good, and plus, we will be working up to longer distances as time goes on. I'd like for my mom to invest in some of those Lean Cuisines, Healthy choice meals, etc., but she's already been buying them for herself, and they are pretty expensive. I can't keep eating what she brings home or cooks though, like the fast food for tonight. I think if the whole fast food thing ever happens again, I'll only eat half of it. And when she cooks meals for supper, I think I'll only have 1 helping of each, compared to my usual 2 helpings, I used to have. *sigh* If only I hadn't of caught myself in this mess in the first place. :/ Anyways, sorry to get all babbling and depressing on ya'll. Best of luck to the rest of you, and keep up the good work!
