Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - So this is today please tell me how i did. Breakfast-some fruit(we were out of everything else). Lunch-Fat Free HotDog, orange, and dannon light n' fit yogurt (only like 60 something calories) Snacks-peanut butter on a peice of wheat bread. &oatmeal bar (130 calories) Dinner-Veggie Burger and some veggies. I drank alot of water too. How do you think i did? |
