Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I just did my morning exercise, I burned 250 cals on DDR, dont remember how long it took lol. I had a really bad breakfast, not even worth mentioning, probably 600-700 cals all together, very bad. so for the rest of the day, only fruit and my fruit cups, for lunch i'm having a tuna sandwhich on wheat, no mayo just this low fat sandwhich spread i use and for dinner the same thing. Sat. and Sundays my family always makes bad breakfasts. I wanna lose 30 pounds by the end of June so I am going to start having just plain cereal for breakfast 7 days a week. later on i'm going to workout on DDR again to burn 200 more cals then at the end of the day I wanna burn 500-600 more, how does this sound? BTW my fruits will come from apples, oranges and my pre-packaged 70 cal peach cups and i'm drinking water like a fish lol, INPUT?
