~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Hey guys, so we are back from our trip to the store, and instead of going to McDonalds, we ended up going to Wendy's. I got one of their new Frescata sandwiches with the Baked Lays and Dasani water. It was all really, really good. Together it had about 570 calories as well, which I don't think is too shabby at all. I didn't eat breakfast today (bad I know!), so that's been my intake so far today. Earlier, I also had a bottle of green tea, no calories, and it tasted really good. I'm thinking that I'm going to try to drink more of it, more often. Anyways, I noticed that someone mentioned how did I lose the pounds that I've lost so far. There is really no set thing that I've done. I've just been walking for exercise. The distance has ranged from 1-4 miles actually. Yesterday, was the farthest yet, and I'd say it was about 3.5 miles to 3.75 miles. On average, it is usually 2 miles. I also cut out all junk food. I drink water or diet soda as well. Lately, I've been trying to cut down on portions as well. My snacks usually consist of bananas or raisins. Most of all, I don't give up. I have plenty of bad days, but I just try to make up for it, by walking farther or trying to limit my intake the rest of the day, or else I just jump back on the wagon. Anyways, that's all for now. Best of luck to ya'll, and keep up the good work!
